Questions, corrections or feedback? Here's how to contact the team behind this Fishin' Frenzy guide.

Reach the review team

Got a correction, a question about a game, or a figure you think we've got wrong? We read everything that comes in. The fastest way to get a reply is email, and there's one address for all of it: [email protected]. We aim to answer within two to three business days.

What you can write to us about

Most messages fall into a handful of buckets, and it helps if you tell us which one you're in so we can route it quickly.

If it's a factual correction, that's the one we treat most seriously. Point us at the page, quote the line you think is off, and if you can, tell us where the right figure comes from. We'd rather fix a wrong RTP build or a misstated max win fast than leave it sitting there.

If it's a general question about the series, the free demo, or how a particular feature works, send it over. We can't give you gambling advice and we won't tell you what to stake, but we're happy to explain how a game behaves.

Press, partnership and feedback enquiries go to the same inbox. We're an independent site and we're not affiliated with Blueprint Gaming or Reel Time Gaming, so we can't help with studio support, account issues at a casino, or anything to do with a real-money balance. For those, contact the casino or the studio directly.

Our corrections policy

Accuracy is the whole point of a series hub, so corrections aren't a formality here. When you flag something, we check it against the studio's published figures and, where relevant, replay the demo to confirm. If you're right, we fix the page and we don't quietly pretend it was always correct. If a claim turns out to be genuinely unpublished or disputed, we'll tell you that too rather than invent a number to close the loop.

Response times

One person reads the inbox, so there's no ticket system and no bot. Simple questions usually get a same-week reply; corrections that need us to re-verify a figure or replay a feature can take a little longer, but we'll acknowledge them first so you know they've landed. If you haven't heard back within a week, it's worth resending in case a message got filtered.

A note before you write

This is an editorial site for readers who are 18 or over. We cover how these slots work, not how to win at them, and we can't influence any outcome at a casino. If gambling has stopped being fun, support is free and confidential; you'll find the services and helplines listed on our responsible gambling page. For everything else, [email protected] is the place to start.
